Evaluation on the difficulties which is encountered by refugees in the settlement of republication era (1923-1938)

Abstract

In the republication era, ıt was encountered that various problems in the settlement of groups such as emigrant, immigrant and refugee. These problems consisted of some factors like economic problems, lacking of organization, becoming accustomed to environment of refugees, existing from the war of country. Because the state wasn‟t ready settlement which began especially after Lausanne increased the domain of war. Not only refugees but also many people including local people were influenced from these problems. As a result, the country‟s economy and people waiting to be resettled received large wounds. At the end of about ten years it was dealt with these problems and the refugees waiting to be settled came to be a manufacturer.

Özet

Cumhuriyet döneminde, mübâdil, muhacir ve mülteci gibi grupların iskânı esnasında çeşitli sorunlarla karşılaşılmıştır. Bu sorunlar, ekonomik sorunlar, teşkilât eksikliği, muhâcirlerin ortama uyumu ve memleketin savaştan yeni çıkmış olması gibi etkenlerden oluşur. Özellikle Lozan sonrası başlayan iskân, devletin hazır olmaması sebebiyle sorunların etki alanını artırmıştır. Karşılaşılmış olan bu sorunlardan sadece mübâdiller değil, yerli halk da dâhil olmak üzere pek çok kişi etkilenmiştir. Bunun neticesinde ise, memleket ekonomisi ve yerleştirilmeyi bekleyen insanlar büyük yaralar almışlardır. Fakat yaklaşık on yıllık bir süreç sonunda bu sorunların büyük bölümünün üstesinde gelinmiş ve iskân bekleyen muhacirler, bundan sonra üretici duruma gelmişlerdir.
