An investigation on effect of daminozide to the glutation-s-transferase activity in rabbit liver

Abstract
We analyzed the interaction between glutathion-S-transferase, which is isolated from the liver of rabbits, and daminozide which is an effective pesticide. Glutathion-S-transferase enzymes were treated with daminozide in vitro conditions at various doses, and the reactions were recorded. The observed activities were compared with the activity of 1-chloro 2, 4 dinitrobenzen substrate and a regression analysis was performed to investigate the correlation. The result were expressed as specific activities.
Özet
Çalışmada tavşan karaciğerinden izole edilen Glutatyon- S - Transferaz'ın etkili bir pestisit olan daminozit ile etkileşimi incelenmiştir. Glutatyon -S-Transferaz enzimi in vitro şartlarda değişik dozlarda daminozit ile muamele edilerek, reaksiyonları gözlenmiştir. Bulgular 1-klora 2,4 dinitro benzen (CDNB) substrat olarak kullanıldığında elde edilen aktivite ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Regresyon ve korelasyon analizi yapılmış ve sonuçlar spesifik aktivite olarak verilmiştir.
