Abstract
A 22-year-old man was presented with bilateral facial paralysis caused by high-grade mediastinal ma-lignant lympboma. In his first examination, there were complete bilateral peripheric facial and right ab-ducens paralysis. After a while, central nervous system involvement occurred and the patient died. Bi-lateral facial paralysis is very rare and should be noted that it may be due to a life-threatening disease.
