Akut lösemide nitrik oksit konsantrasyonu

Abstract

Plasma nitric oxide (NO) concentration was investigated in acute leukemia. The plasma concentration of nitrite plus nitrate (as a indicator for nitric oxide) was measured in 19 patients with newly diagnosed acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL), 10 patients with newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and control group as 12 healthy people by enzymatic method. There was no significant difference in terms of plasma concentration of nitrite plus nitrate between the patients with ANLL and the patients with ALL (p>0.05). However, plasma concentration of nitrite plus nitrate had significantly higher in the patients with both ANNL and ALL than control group (respectively, 24.4 ± 8.1 mmol/L, 24.1 ± 7.9 mmol/L, 16.1 ± 0.84 mmol/L) (p

Bu çalışmada, akut lösemilerde plazma nitrik oksit konsantrasyonu araştırıldı. Çalışmaya yeni tanı konulmuş 19 akut nonlenfoblastik (ANLL), 10 akut lenfoblastik lösemili (ALL) hasta ve 12 sağlıklı gönüllü kontrol grubu olarak alındı. Nitrik oksitin göstergesi olarak plazma nitrit + nitrat konsantrasyonları enzimatik method ile tayin edildi. ANLL ile ALL hastalarında plazma nitrit+nitrat konsantrasyonu farklı değildi (p>0.05).
