Abstract

Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) can be seen either in acute or chronic form. In adults, ITP is generally seen in the chronic form. Steroid is the first choice of treatment in these patients. This retrospective study deals with the treatment and clinical follow up 49 patients diagnosed as ITP.

Özet

Idyopatik trombositopenik purpura (ITP), akut veya kronik olarak görülebilir. ITP eriskinlerde siklikla kronik bir seyir izler, ITP tedavisinde steroidler ilk seçenektir. Retrospektif olarak yapilan bu çalismada ITP tanisi konan 49 hastanin klinik seyirleri ve tedavi sonuçlari incelenmistir.
