Abstract
An unusual case is presented of testicular seminoma developing de novo 5 years post-transplantation. Seminomas are extremely rare in renal transplant recipients. Therefore the literature were reviewed and discussed.

Transplantasyon sonrası 5. yılda de novo testiküler seminoma gelişen nadir bir vaka sunuldu. Seminoma renal transplant alıcılarında nadirdir. Bu nedenle literatür gözden geçirildi ve tartışıldı.
