Rehabilitation outcomes of the geriatric hemiplegic patients

Abstract

The objective of this study is to show the improvement in the ambulation level and daily living activities of 88 hemiplegic patients who admitted to our clinic. Patients who are taken to the rehabilitation program and ≥65 years old are included. Their daily living activities were evaluated at each admission and discharge by using Barthel Index (BI) and their ambulation level by Functional Ambulation Scale (FAS). Bu çalışma kliniğimize yatırılarak rehabilitasyon programına alınan 65 yaş ve üzeri 88 hemiplejik hastanın günlük yaşam aktivitelerinde ve ambulasyon düzeyinde gelişmeyi göstermek amacıyla planlandı.
