Effect of first trimester spontaneous abortions on ectopic pregnancy

Abstract
Objective: To determine whether there are an increase in the incidence of ectopic pregnancy among women with history of first trimester spontaneous abortion. Institution: Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Medical Faculty, Erciyes University, Kayseri, Turkey. Material and method: According to our clinical records belongs to last ten years, 106 patient with ectopic pregnancy, who have got first trimester spontaneous abortion history, were compared with control group with regard to reproductive properties. Amaç: İlk trimester gebelik kaybı öyküsü olan hastalarda ektopik gebelik riskinde bir artış olup olmadığının araştırılması. Çalışmanın yapıldığı yer: Erciyes Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim Dalı Materyal ve metod: Son on yıl içerisinde kliniğimizde ektopik gebelik tanısı almış olan ve geçmişinde birinci trimester spontan abortus öyküleri bulunan 106 hasta reproduktif özellikler yönünden kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldı.
