Abstract

Objective: Abdominal prognancy is the most uncomman form of ectopic gestation. A case of 14 weeks abdominal pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasonograhy preoperatively was presented in this report. The patient whose placenta implanted on the serosal surface of the left fallopian tube was observed at the operation.

Özet

Abdominal gebelik ektopik gebeliklerin en nadir şeklidir. Burada preoperatif olarak ultrasonografi ile ön tanısı konulan 14 haftalık bir abdominal gebelik olgusu sunuldu. Hasta hemoperitoneum nedeniyle akut batın tablosu ile başvurdu. Operasyonda plasentası sol tubanın serozasma implante olan fetüs gözlendi.
