Turkish existence of such under diachronic size: On the words of yok and çok

Abstract

In this article, first in Turkish, Yok and Çok words to express the meaning behind the words expressed were discussed. Then, Yok andÇok origins of words and sound and meaning change over time, suffered what was discussed. Yok and Çok word bad in terms of their meaning synonyms and the taboo that the Arrow and there was a word bows, euphemism. Also chief among the last events Oghuz-Selçuk and therefore in the language of Kipchak mace which means Çok in the language of Oghuzes the word bad, low used in the sense advocated.

Özet

Bu makalede, önce Türkçede Yok ve Çok kelimelerinin ifade ettiği manaları ifade eden kelimeler ele alındı. Daha sonra Yok ve Çok kelimelerinin kökenleri ve zaman içinde ne gibi ses ve anlam değişikliğine uğradıkları üzerinde duruldu. Yok ve Çok kelimelerinin kötü, fenâ anlamları yönünden eş anlamlı oldukları ve tabu olan Ok ve Yayın örtmece kelimeleri olduğu ortaya konuldu. Ayrıca Kıpçak dilinde gürz demek olan Çok kelimesinin Yabgu Oğuzları ile Selçuklular arasında geçen olaylar dolayısıyla Oğuz dilinde kötü, alçak anlamında kullanıldığı savunulmuştur.
