Abstract

While Armanian were remembered with the tittle of loyal nationcommunity in the Ottoman State, it was seen that they were brought into a position in which they rebelled againts the state where they were living together. In accordance with in the interest of Western states. Özet

Ermeniler Osmanlı Devleti döneminde Millet-i Sadıka unvanıyla anılan bir toplum iken, Batılı devletlerin çıkarları doğrultusunda, bulunduğu devlete isyan etme konuma getirildikleri görülmüştür. Bilhassa Ruslar 1878 Ayastefanos Antlaşması sonrası sözde bir Ermeni Devleti kurulması sözü ile Osmanlı Devletine karşı isyanların başlatılmasına yol açmıştır. Berlin Antlaşması ile diğer Batılı devletlerde bu sürece dâhil olmuşlardır. Bununla birlikte bu sürecin baş mimarı ve etkili devleti öncelikle Ruslar ve daha sonra da İngiltere, Fransa ve ABD olmuştur. Bu çalışmada bugüne kadar zaman zaman alevlenen ilişkiler gelecekte hangi yönlere gidebileceği hususu ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.
