Report of a case Darier's disease that treated with acitretin

Abstract
Darier's disease is characterized by dirty, warty, papular excrescences that tend to coalesce into patches on symmetrical areas of the face, trunk and flexures of extremities. The disease is an autosomal dominant disorder with altered keratinization of the epidermis nails an"d mucous membranes .As with several other geno-dermatoses affecting the epidermis, the disease is improved by therapy with topical or systemic retinoids. Herein we reported a case of Darier's disease for the rarety of condition and clinical response to systemic acitretin therapy in our case.
Özet
Darier hastalığı; vücutta özellikle yüz, gövde ve ekstremitelerin fleksural bölgelerinde birleşme eğilimi gösteren, kirli, verrüköz, papüler lezyonlarla karakterizedir. Hastalık epidermiste keratinizasyon bozukluğu ve tırnak ile müköz membranlarda değişiklikle seyreden, otozomâl dominant bir bozukluktur. Epidermisi etkileyen diğer bir çok genodermatozda olduğu gibi topikal ve sistemik retinoidierie tedavi edilerek iyileşir. Darier hastalığının nadir görülmesi ve olgumuzun asitretine olumlu cevap vermesi nedeniyle sunulmuştur.
