Abstract
In anaesthesia practice, the complications related to the equipment that are used, (aspiration dental injury, vomiting, hypoxia, laryngospasm, hypotension, cardiac arrest, intraoperative death, etc.) increases the risk of morbidity and mortality of the patient. We aimed to present two cases which developed mild hypoxemia of short duration due to the damage of endotracheal cuff and pilot balloon.
Özet
Anestezi uygulamalarında kullanılan ekipmana bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan (diş yaralamaları, aspirasyon, hipotansiyon, hipoksi, laringospazm, kusma, kardiyak arrest, intraoperatif ölüm vb.) komplikasyonlar hasta morbidite ve mortalite riskini artırmaktadır. Endotrakeal tüp ve pilot balonunda hasarlanma sonrası, kısa süreli hipoksemi yaşanan iki olgumuzu sunmayı amaçladık.
