Abstract

Aim: In our study we aimed to research the effects of 5 mg hyperbaric bupivacaine with 25 µg of fentanyl and 7.5 mg hyperbaric bupivacaine on hemodynamic parameters, side effects and recovery during unilateral spinal anaesthesia.Materials and Methods: ASA I-II, 30 adult patients undergoing knee arthroscopy received randomly either 7.5 mg of 0.5 % hyperbaric bupivacaine (Group B, 1.5 mL) or 5 mg of 0.5 % hyperbaric bupivacaine with the addition of 25 µg fentanyl (Group F, 1 5 mL) intrathecally at the L3-4 interspace within 80 sec. A lateral decubitus position was maintained for 15 min. The sensory block was assessed by using cold test and motor block was evaluated by a modified Bromage scale. Haemodynamic values, Sp02, levels of sensory and motor block, two segment regression of sensory level, complete recovery of motor block on the surgical side and peroperative/postoperative side effects were recorded.Results: No difference was seen in terms of spread, duration and two segment regression of sensorial block, and complications between the groups. Amaç: Çalışmamızda tek taraflı spinal anestezide 5 mg hiperbarik bupivakain ve 25 µg fentanil kombinasyonu ile 7.5 mg hiperbarik bupivakainin hemodinami, komplikasyonlar ve derlenme üzerine etkilerini araştırmayı amaçladık.Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışmada, ASA I-II grubu, günübirlik artroskopik diz cerrahisi uygulanacak 30 erişkin olguya, rasgele 7.5 mg % 0.5 hiperbarik bupivakain (Grup B, 1.5 mL) veya 5 mg % 0.5 hiperbarik bupivakain + 25 µg fentanil (Grup F, 1.5 mL) intratekal olarak 80 sn. içinde L3-4 mesafesinden verildi. Lateral pozisyon 15 dk. korundu. Duyusal blok; soğuk testi ve motor blok; modifiye Bromage skalası ile değerlendirildi Hemodinamik değerler, SpO2, cerrahi uygulanacak tarafta motor ve duyusal blok seviyeleri, duyusal bloğun iki dermatom gerilemesi, motor bloğun ortadan kalkması ile peroperatif/postoperatif yan etkiler kaydedildi.Bulgular: Duyusal bloğun yayılımı, süresi ve iki dermatom gerilemesi ile komplikasyonlarda gruplar arasında fark görülmedi. Motor bloğun ortadan kalkması Grup F'de daha hızlı bulundu (p
