Abstract
The anaesthetic care of patients with panhypopituita rism presenting for surgery includes careful preoperati vc assessment and meticulous intra- and postoperative management. In this case report, we present the anest hetic management and pcrioperativc care of a pregnan patient with panhypopituitarism scheduled for cesare an section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.
Özet
Cerrahi geçirecek panhipopituitarizmli olguların anestezisi, dikkatli bir preoperatif değerlendirme ile titizlikle gerçekleştirilen per ve postoeperatif hasta takip ve yaklaşımını içerir. Kombine spinal epidural anestezi ile sezaryen ameliyatı yapılan panhipopituitarizmli bir gebe olgudaki anestezi yöntemini ve perioperatif yönetimi sunmayı amaçladık.
