Comparison of the general anesthesia and combined sciatik-femoral 3-in-1 nerve block in outpatient hallux valgus repair

Abstract
In this randomized, controlled, blinded study, combined sciatic-femoral 3-in-l nerve block with 1.5 % prilocainc was compared with general anesthesia with respect to; effectiveness, early discharge, patient and surgeon satisfaction with effects of postoperative pain in hallux valgus repair. Eighty ASA I-II patients were randomly allocated into two groups. Groupl received standard general anesthesia with laryngeal mask and Group II received combined sciatic-femoral 3-in-l nerve block with prilocaine 1.5 %. Postoperative analgesia was maintained with repeated 1 mg kg"1 iv tramadol (without repeating before 10 minutes) until VAS

Bu randomize, kontrollü, tok kör çalışmada, halluks valgus onarımında prilokain ile yapılan kombine siyatik- femoral 3-1 sinir bloğu; etkinlik, erken taburculuk, hasta ve cerrah memnuniyeti ile erken dönem postoperatif ağrı üzerine etkileri açısından genel anestezi ile karşılaştırılmıştır. ASA I-II grubu 80 hasta rasgele 2 gruba ayrıldı. I. gruba laringeal maske ile standart genel anestezi, II. Gruba % 1.5 prilokain ile kombine siyatik- femoral 3-1 sinir bloğu uygulandı.
