Abstract
It is very important to provide maternaland fetal safety for not only surgeons but also anesthesiologists for the medical conditions requiring surgical interventions like trauma, acute appendicitis, ovarian cyst, cholelithiasis, cervical insufficiency and breast tumor during pregnancy. Therefore, we aimed to discuss and present the anesthetic management of a 26 year- old parturient having an invasive ductal carsinoma diagnosis according to the biopsy performed because of a painless mass in her left breast scheduled to undergo modified radical mastectomy at the 32 weeks of gestation an cesarean section at the 36 weeks of gestation.
