Abstract

Aim: The aim of this study was the evaluation of clarity and content of the standard information consent form used for general anesthesia. Materials and Methods: Following university ethical committee approval, 200 patients scheduled for general anesthesia in the neuroradiology unit were included in the study. The patients were given the standard informed consent form for general anesthesia the day before surgery. On the day of the intervention the patients were asked to complete a questionnaire designed to collect data concerning their thoughts on the clarity of the form and additional information demands. Özet

Amaç: Kullandığımız anestezi öncesi bilgilendirme formunun hastalar tarafından ne kadar anlaşılabildiğini ve yeterliliğini değerlendirmek.Gereç ve Yöntem: Üniversite etik kurul onayı alındıktan sonra nöroradyoloji ünitesinde genel anestezi uygulanacak 200 hastaya, işlemden bir gün önce anestezi öncesi bilgilendirme formunun genel anestezi uygulamaları ile ilgili bölümü verildi. Operasyon günü olgulara, operasyon odasına alınmadan önce, verilen bilgilendirme formundaki bilgileri ne kadar anladıklarına yönelik anket formu verilerek değerlendirmeleri alındı.
