Abstract

Recurrent infection and hemoptysis are frequently encountered clinical problems in cases with bronchiectasis. In such cases, hemoptysis may be life threatening. We aimed to present the treatment and ventilation strategy in a case with massive hemoptysis and bronchiectasis who developed one-lung ARDS after pneumonectomy.

Özet

Bronşektazili hastalarda sıklıkla karşılaşılan sorunlar tekrarlayan enfeksiyon ve hemoptizidir. Bu olgularda hemoptizi yaşamı tehdit edebilmektedir. Bu sunuda, masif hemoptizi ve bronşektazi nedeni ile yapılan pnömonektomi sonrası tek akciğerde gelişen ARDS’nin tedavisi ve ventilatör stratejisini paylaşmak istedik.
