Two cases of negative pressure pulmonary oedema

Abstract
Negative pressure pulmonary oedema is a rare condition associated with early postoperative hypoxia. Differentetiological factors such as upper airway obstruction, forceful inspirium or relief of chronic airway obstruction werefound to be associated with negative pressure pulmonary oedema. It appears after general anesthesia and commonlypresents with hypoxic state requiring mechanical ventilation. Herein we want to present two cases of negative pressure pulmonary oedema.
Özet
Negatif basınç akciğer ödemi, genel anestezi sonrası erken postoperatif dönemde görülen ve sıklıkla hipoksi ileseyreden bir klinik tablodur. Gelişiminden üst hava yolu obstrüksiyonu, güçlü inspiryum eforu, kronik hava yolu tıkanmasının ortadan kalkması gibi faktörler sorumlu tutulmuştur. Genel anestezi uygulamasından sonra erken dönemde,sıklıkla hipoksi ve yapay solunum gereksinimi ile birlikte görülmektedir. Bu yazıda sunacağımız iki olgu ile negatifbasınç akciğer ödemini tartışmayı amaçladık.
