Perinatal dönemde obstetrik ağrı ve tedavisi

Abstract

A basic overview about the management of obstetric pain in the perinatal period has been presented. Pain relief methods used for labor and delivery and particularly the practice of neuraxial techniques for labor analgesia have been reviewed by summarizing preanesthetic evaluation, aspiration prevention and prophylaxis, maternal and fetal monitorization and choice of local anesthetics and/or opioids according to the preferred neuraxial analgesia technique.
