Abstract

Twenty-four-years-old asymptomatic man was consultated to the Department of Chest Disease with an interesting chest x-ray, during his routine check-up. It was reported as a large air-fluid level at the base of the right lung and concluded as a 'giant bulloe of the lung'. Advanced studies shown that it was a Chilaiditi Syndrome combined with megacolon. The case was discussed with the literature.

Özet

24 yaşındaki asemptomatik erkek hastanın tesadüfen çekilen P-A Akciğer graftsi raporunda "akciğerde seviye veren dev bül imajı" yorumu yer almaktaydı. Yapılan ileri tetkiklerle lezyonun megakolonla birlikte olan Chilaiditi sendromu olduğu anlaşıldı ve literatür bilgileri de gözden geçirilerek tartışıldı.
