Abstract
The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic period has affected all areas of life in different ways and shaped people's living conditions and habits. Thus, many social changes have been experienced throughout this process. The pandemic process has been a period in which communication has a great importance for brands, government institutions and individuals. However, the articles have differences in terms of the research method used. In addition, it was concluded that the articles examined in the study can be classified under the sub-titles of "crisis/risk communication", "infodemia", "social media", "journalism-news" and "public relations/advertisement".
