Aşurelik buğday, mısır, mısır unu, yulaf gevreği, yulaf ezmesi, yulaf unu ve müsliden oluşan toplam 100 adet gıda örneğinde okratoksin-A taraması yapılmış ve örneklerin fungal yükleri saptanmıştır. Analiz edilen 100 örnekten 1 adet aşurelik buğday, 2 adet mısır ve 1 adet yulaf ezmesi olmak üzere toplam 4 örnekte 0.27-9.84 ppb düzeyleri arasında değişen okratoksin-A varlığı saptanmıştır. Yapılan fungal yük analizleri sonucunda ise okratoksin-A saptanan 4 örnekten 2’sindeki küf sayısının 20-
