Özet

Kendi zamanının özgün bir eğitim modeli olan “Köy Enstitüleri”, köy yerelindenbaşlayarak tüm toplumun gelişimini hedef almış ve kısa sürede önemli gelişmelersağlamıştır. Toplumla sosyal hizmet uygulaması da aynı felsefe ile hareket ederekgenel olarak toplumun gelişimi için toplumsal kalkınma, sosyal planlama vesosyal eylem modellerinden faydalanarak, toplumun ilerici hedefler eksenindeörgütlenmesi ve savunuculuğa odaklanması olarak açıklanabilir. Bu çalışmaulusal ve uluslararası literatür taranarak yazılan derleme bir çalışmadır.Makalede toplumla sosyal hizmet uygulama modelleri perspektifinden KöyEnstitüleri’nin değerlendirilmesi yapılmış ve toplumla sosyal hizmet uygulamamodelleri ile köy enstitülerinin kesişen noktaları incelenmiştir. Köy enstitüleri iletoplumsal kalkınma ve çağdaşlaşmaya katkı vermiş olan uygulama örnekleri iletoplumla sosyal hizmet uygulamasına teori, uygulama teknikleri ve toplumakatkılarının yanında, yenilikçi ve güncel uygulamaların geliştirilmesindetoplumla çalışan sosyal hizmet uzmanlarına bir örnek olarak aktarılmayaçalışılmıştır.

Abstract

“Village institutes”, the most original model of their time, targeted the development of the entire society starting from the village local and provided important developments in a short time. Macro-social work practice can be explained as the focus on organization and advocacy on the basis of progressive goals by utilizing social development, social planning and social action models for the development of society in general. This study is a review written by scanning national and international literature. In this article, an evaluation was made from the perspective of macro social service models of the Village Institutes. For this purpose, the intersection points of macro social work models and village institutes have been examined. Thus, it was tried to be conveyed as an example to the social workers who are working with the village institutes and who have been contributing to social development and modernization with the theory, application techniques and contributions to the society and the social service application which has become increasingly important.
