Abstract
In this article, the meaning of the ergonomics is explained basicly and then the importance of the ergonomics is discussed for the health problems caused by different working positions.

Bu makalede, ergonominin anlamı temel olarak belirtildikten sonra, farklı çalışma pozisyonlarının sebep olduğu sağlık problemleri için ergonominin önemi açıklanmıştır.
