Farklı kimyon (Cuminum cyminum L.) hatların Diyarbakır ekolojik koşullarında adaptasyonu üzerine bir çalışma

Özet
Bu çalışma 1998-1999 ve 1999-2000 yetiştirme dönemlerinde Dicle Univ. Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü deneme alanında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada sekiz farklı kimyon hattının Diyarbakır koşullarına adaptasyonunun belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Deneme, tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre üç tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Çalışmada, bitki boyu, meyveli dal sayısı, bitki başına şemsiye sayısı, şemsiyede tohum sayısı, bitki başına tohum verimi, tohum verimi, 1000 tohum ağırlığı ve uçucu yağ oranı özellikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, bitki boyu 24.20-30.27 cm, meyveli dal sayısı 6.88-7.96 adet/bitki, şemsiye sayısı 7.80-11.77 adet/bitki, şemsiyede tohum sayısı 18.60-21.30 adet/şemsiye, bitki başına tohum verimi 0.49-0.86 g/bitki, 1000 tohum ağırlığı 2.90-3.99 g, tohum verimi 56.80-122.80 kg/da ve uçucu yağ oranı % 1.87-2.37 arasında değişmiştir.
Abstract
This research was conducted at experimental fields of Department of Field Crops, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Diele in 1998-1999 and 1999-2000 growing seasons. The aim of the study was the determination of eight cumin lines to Diyarbakır Ecological conditions. The experiment was established as split plots in randomised blocks design with three replications. In the research; plant height, number of fruitfully branches per plant, number of umbrella per plant, number of seeds per umbrella, seed yield per plant, seed yield, thousand seed weight and essential oil rate were investigated. According to results of this research; plant height, number of fruitfully branches per plant, number of umbrella per plant, number on seed per umbrella, seed yield per plant, thousand seed weight, seed yield and essential oil rate varied between 24.20-30.27cm, 6.88-7.96 pieces/plant, 7.80-11.77 pieces/plant, 18.60-21.30 pieces/umbrella, 0.49-0.86 g, 2.90-3.99 g, 56.80-122.80 kg/da and % 1.87-2.37, respectively.
