Abstract

Pyrenophora teres f. maculata incites spot form of barley net blotchdisease. For determination of Pyrenophora teres f. maculatapathotypes, a differential set consisted of 22 international cultivarsand genotypes and a susceptible Turkish barley variety Bülbül 89were tested using 45 isolates obtained from different regions ofTurkey. Nineteen pathotypes were determined out of 45 isolatesused. It appears that this differential set could be useful fordetermination of P. teres f. maculata pathotypes.
