Abstract

Fish were exposed to three different sublethal doses, in order to determine the effects of Cypermethrin on haemoglobin, haematocrit and sediment of C. capoeta. Cypermetrin decreased haemoglobin and haemotocrit values but increased sediment.

Özet

Bir sentetik piretroit İnsektisit olan Cypermethrinin C. capoeta'mn bazı kan parametreleri (Hemoglobin, hematokrit ve sediment) üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada balıklar 3 farklı sublethal doza maruz bırakılmışlardır. Cypermethrin hemoglobin ve hematokrit düzeylerinde azalmaya sediment değerinde ise yükselmeye neden olmuştur.
