Benthic fauna of Buldan Reservoir (Denizli,Turkey)

Abstract
In order to determine the benthic fauna of Buldan Reservoir, samplings were made in 6 stations between September 1995-August 1996. At the end of the study, totaly 14 species were determined; of them, six belong to Annelida, three to Diptera, two to Gastropoda and three to Malacostraca. All the determined species are firstly recorded from the locality, in addition to them, Branchiura sowerbyi Beddard, 1892 is a new species for the Turkish fauna.
Özet
Buldan Baraj Gölü'nün bentik faunasının tespiti amacıyla Eylül 1995-Ağustos 1996 tarihleri arasında gölden seçilen toplam 6 istasyondan biyolojik örneklemeler yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, altısı Annelida, üçü Diptera, ikisi Gastropoda ve üçü Malacostraca'ya dahil olmak üzere toplam 14 tür tespit edilmiştir. Saptanan türlerin tümü lokaliteden ilk defa kayıt edilmektedir, bunlara ilaveten Branchiura sowerbyi Beddard, 1892 Türkiye faunası için yeni bir türdür.
