Abstract
Computer, computer networks and particularly Internet technologies has impacted almost every aspect of human life. Internet has opened up a new social space called cyberspace. Internet has made dramatic changes in people's lives. It is not only a global computer network; it also consists of millions of people interacting via Internet. This article intended to provide some understandings for social implications of interactions in cyberspace, and focus on social dimensions of Internet.

Bilgisayar, bilgisayar ağlan ve özellikle İnternet teknolojileri yaşamın hemen her yönünü etkilemektedir. İnternet siberuzay olarak adlandırılan yeni bir sosyal uzay yaratmıştır ve insan yaşamında dramatik değişmelere yol açmıştır. İnternet sadece küresel bir bilgisayar ağı değildir ve İnternet aracılığıyla etkileşen milyonlarca insandan oluşur. Bu makale siberuzaydaki etkileşimlerin sosyal etkileri ve İnternetin sosyal boyutlarına dikkat çekmektedir.
