WITH BUSINESS AND TIME ANALYSIS METHOD CREATION OF THE PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM

İŞ VE ZAMAN ANALİZİ YÖNTEMİ İLE PERFORMANS BİLGİ SİSTEMİNİN OLUŞTURULMASI

Abstract

In order for businesses to keep their costs to a minimum, it needs to make the best possible planning and plan the answer to the questions which product, where, when and how long. Businesses will thus achieve the highest efficiency. One of these methods is work and time analysis. Calculations about efficiency, performance and costs will be easier when action is taken by knowing the planned reference values for production activities. Thus, performance information system will be created and labor performance will be easier to measure. Performance information system is a report that will analyze the data related to the employees in the enterprise. Work and time analysis; by analyzing the work to be done, it can be defined as activities that make it the easiest for the workforce and reduce the scope of the work. The study was conducted in a ready-to-wear business in Istanbul. In the study, the work flow plan for the single model product and the standard times for each workstation in this plan were determined. According to the results obtained, the work to be done in the enterprise was shared with the managers and suggestions were made to increase the efficiency levels of the production processes. This study will serve as a model for other ready-to-wear businesses and will shed light on the development of other regions of the country.

Özet

İşletmelerin maliyetlerini minimum seviyede tutabilmesi için, en iyi şekilde planlama yapması ve “hangi ürün, nerede, nezaman ve ne kadar sürede” sorularının cevabını iyi planlaması gerekmektedir. İşletmeler böylece en yüksek verimliliğeulaşılabilecektir. Bu yöntemlerden birisi ise iş ve zaman analizi tekniğidir. Üretim faaliyetleri ile ilgili planlanmış referansdeğerler bilinerek harekete geçildiğinde verimlilik, performans ve maliyetler ile ilgili yapılacak hesaplamalar daha kolayolacaktır. Böylece performans bilgi sistemi oluşturulacak ve işgücü performansı daha kolay ölçülebilecektir. Performans bilgisistemi işletmedeki işgörenler ile ilgili verilerin analiz edileceği raporlardır. İş ve zaman analizi; yapılacak işi analiz ederek,işgücü için en kolay hale getiren ve işin kapsamını azaltan faaliyetler olarak tanımlanabilir. Çalışma İstanbul’da hazır giyimsektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmede yapılmıştır. Çalışmada tek model ürün için iş akış planı ve bu plan içerisinde yeralan her iş istasyonu için standart süreler belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre işletmede yapılması gereken çalışmalaryöneticiler ile paylaşılmış olup, üretim süreçlerinin verimlilik düzeylerini arttırıcı öneriler getirilmiştir. Bu çalışma diğer hazırgiyim işletmeleri için de örnek teşkil edecek olup, ülkenin diğer bölgelerinin kalkınmasına ışık tutacaktır.
