Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the total effect of individual studies that have examined the relationship between organizational identification and performance in the national literature using the meta-analysis method. Data from 23 individual studies (n = 11060) were tested in the Comprehensive Meta Analysis (CMA) software program with a random effect model.
