ULUMU'L-HADİS KAİDELERİNİN OLUŞUMUNDA SAHİHAYN'IN TESİRİ

Özet

Hadis kaidelerinin tedvini, hadisin tedvin merhalesinden sonradır. Hadis Usûlü âlimleri, bu kaideleri mütekaddimîn âlimlerinin izledikleri metotlardan çıkarmışlardır. Bu kaynakların en önemlileri ise Buhârî ve Müslim'in Sahih'leridir. Çünkü bu iki eserin, Muhaddisler yanında ayrı bir değeri ve seçkinliği vardır. Bu çalışma, ister bazı ıstılahların anlamında, isterse bazı rivayetlerin kabul ve reddindeki ölçülerde olsun, Ulûmu'l-Hadis'in kaideleşme sürecinde Sahihayn'ın tesirini ve kaidelerden çoğunun Şeyhâyn tarafından ortaya çıkarıldığını veya ülemâ görüşlerinden onların tercih ettiği esaslar üzerine bina edilmesi konularında Sahihayn'ın hâkimiyetini göstermektedir

Abstract

The investigation of rules of Hadith is after the step of investigation of Hadith. The scholars of principles of Hadith issue these rules by the methods of earlier scholars. The most important ones among these sources are Sahih's of Bukhari and Müslim. Because these two sources have a different value and importance according to Relater's. This study indicates the domination of The Two Sahihs in the meaning of some terms and also acception and rejection of some transmissions. The study also shows the influence of The Two Sahihs in the process of making rules and that most of the rules are issued by The Two Sholars and the views of scientiests are based on their preferences
