The Relation Between the Position of Primary Education Inspectors’in Doing Their Professional Duty and the Burnout Levels

İlköğretim Müfettişlerinin Mesleki Görevlerini Yerine Getirme Durumları ile Tükenmişlik Düzeyleri Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to supply the relation between the position of primary education inspectors in doing their professional duty and the burnout levels through the points of view of Primary Education inspectors and teachers. The questionnaire (that) supplied for the aim of being an implement for collecting datum is composed of three main chapters. In the first chapter there is a personal knowledge form, in the second chapter there is a form that is composed of 45 matters about primary education inspectors duties, in the third chapter there is Maslach Burnout Inventory. Depending on the research inventions these results were obtained: Primary school inspectors live burnout in the sub dimension level in the point of the view of primary school inspectors’ burnout levels up to these knowledge’s there is a negative, strong relation and % 69 of burnout level is about primary school inspectors’ professional duty doings between the situation of primary school inspectors’ professional duty doings effort and burnout level, in other words it is fixed that the more their burnout levels get more their professional duty doings effort situation get less.

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim müfettişleri ile öğretmenlerin görüşlerine dayalı olarak ilköğretim müfettişlerinin mesleki görevlerini yerine getirme durumları ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesine yöneliktir. Veri toplama aracı olarak geliştirilen anket üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; kişisel bilgi formu, ikinci bölümde; ilköğretim müfettişlerinin görevlerine yönelik 45 maddeden oluşan form, üçüncü bölümünde ise, “Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri” bulunmaktadır. Araştırmanın bulgularına dayalı olarak şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: “İlköğretim müfettişlerinin rehberlik ve iş başında yetiştirme, teftiş ve değerlendirme, inceleme, soruşturma, araştırma ile ilgili mesleki görevlerini yerine getirme durumları ile tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında negatif kuvvetli ilişki (korelasyon) bulunduğu ve tükenmişliğin % 69’unun ilköğretim müfettişlerinin mesleki görevleriyle ilgili olduğu, buna göre ilköğretim müfettişleri mesleki görevlerini yerine getirdikçe, tükenmişlik düzeylerinin azalacağı sonucu ortaya çıkmaktadır.
