Abstract
Metastatic skull base tumors are seen in 4% of the patients with a systemic malignancy and they usuallypresent with cranial neuropathies. In this case report, a 57-year-old male patient who had otological andjugular fossa syndrome symptoms as the initial presentation for non-small cell lung carcinoma was presented. According to our knowledge, only one similar case had been reported in the literature.
