Abstract

The worldview is a set of principles that establish and legitimize all sorts of material and spiritual activities of human being. Locke's Political Philosophy stands at the basis of the principles of practicality of the liberal worldview that has prevailed over the last three hundred years. How these principles concerning political relations are formulated has not been dealt with in depth in the literature of modern political science and philosophy. This article aims to bring this debate to a new dimension by claiming that this formulation is based on the principles of the Newtonian physics that provided the knowledge of nature in mentioned period.
