Abstract

Improvements in genetics contribute valuable information on the pathogenesis of hereditary colorectal cancer and polyposis syndromes. Current genetic pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatments of hereditary colorectal cancer and polyposis syndromes are summarized in this article.

Özet

Genetik alanındaki gelişmeler günümüzde kalıtsal kolorektal kanser ve polipozis sendromlarının patogenezine yeni bilgiler eklemiştir. Bu çalışmada kalıtsal kolorektal kanserler ve polipozis sendromlarının güncel genetik patogenezi, klinik özellikleri ve tedavi yaklaşımları özetlenmiştir.
