Abstract

Rectal foreign bodies present a difficult diagnostic and management dilemma because of delayed presentation, a variety of objects, and a wide spectrum of injuries. An orderly approach to the diagnosis, management, and post-extraction evaluation of the patient with a rectal foreign body is essential. The case report is a 45 year old male patient with a foreign body in rectum (beaker).

Özet

Rektal yabancı cisimler geç başvuru, objelerin ve yaralanmanın çeşitliliği nedeniyle tanı ve tedavisi zor olan bir durumdur. Hastanın ciddi bir yaklaşımla tanı, tedavi ve takibi yapılması hayati önem taşımaktadır. Bu olguda 45 yaşında rektumda yabancı cisim nedeniyle başvuran erkek bir hastayı sunduk.
