Kinolon Tedavisine Klinik Olarak Yanıt Alınamayan Bir Tularemi Olgusu

Abstract

Tularemia is a zoonotic disease caused by Francisella tularensis.It has ulceroglandular, glandular, pneumonic, typhoid, oculoglandularand oropharyngeal forms, and has been the causeof several epidemics in our country from time to time. Herein, asporadic oropharyngeal case that did not respond to quinolonetreatment is presented. While starting treatment, abscess formationwas observed in ultrasonography and new lymphadenopathiesdeveloped during the treatment process. Medical treatmentwith streptomycin and tetracycline as well as surgical drainagewas applied to the patient. Klimik Dergisi 2012; 25(2): 87-90.

Tularemi, Francisella tularensis'in oluşturduğu, ülseroglandü-Tularemia is a zoonotic disease caused by Francisella tularenler, glandüler, pnömonik, tifoid, oküloglandüler ve orofaringeal sis. It has ulceroglandular, glandular, pneumonic, typhoid, ocuformlarda seyredebilen bir zoonozdur. Ülkemizde zaman zaman loglandular and oropharyngeal forms, and has been the cause salgınlara neden olmuştur. Bu yazıda, kinolon tedavisine klinik of several epidemics in our country from time to time. Herein, a yanıt alınamayan sporadik bir orofaringeal tularemi olgusu sporadic oropharyngeal case that did not respond to quinolone sunuldu. Kinolon tedavisine başlarken ultrasonografide apse treatment is presented.
