Abstract

Diagnosis, follow up, and therapy modalities in fetal period ovarian cysts, despite current researches are not certain yet.Conservative approach, intrauterine aspiration, early postpartum period operation are the possible therapy modalities, that are currently being used. Each of them has advantages and disadvantages of its own. Purpose is; to have a look at the diagnosis, follow up and therapy modalities in fetal ovarian cysts, which are seen %32-34, over a case at neonatal period and to discuss and analyze current literature data.

Özet

Fetal dönemdeki over kaynaklı kistlerin tanı, takip ve tedavi modaliteleri günümüzdeki araştırmalara rağmen henüz netleşmemiştir. Olası tedavi sekileri; konservatif yaklaşım, intrauterin aspirasyon, postpartum erken dönemde operasyondur. Her birisi uygulanabilir. Herbir yöntemin avantaj ve dezavantajı bulunmaktadır. Amacımız neonatal dönemde % 32-34 oranında görülebilen over kistlerinin tanı, takip ve tedavisinin günümüz literatür bilgileri ışığında analiz etmek ve tartışmaktır.
