Abstract
Meigs'syndrome is defined as presence ofascites with hydrothorax in association with benign ovarian tumor. Symptoms completely resolves after operation. Meigs' syndrome is usually be in association with fibroma, tckoma and Brenner tumor of the ovary. As elavation of serum Ca 125 levels may be seen in Mcigs1 syndrome and this elevation is highly suggestive for ovaran malignancy, its an important syndrome. We present two cases of Meigs' syndrome due to the ovarian fibromas with elevated serum Ca 125 levels, with discussion of clinical findings and review of the literature.
