Abstract

Postoperative cystouretroscopy should be performed in case of perforating the suture material through the bladder which is one of the rare complications of Burch colposuspension. This situation might be overlooked as a consequence of urinary symptomps in the postoperative period. Hysteroscopical equipments can be used for the purpose of inspecting of the bladder and uretery and cutting-off the suture material.

Özet

Postoperatif sistoüretroskopi, Burch kolposüspansiyon operasyonunun nadir komplikasyonlarından olan sütür materyalinin mesaneyi perfore etmesi tehlikesine karşı rutin olarak uygulanmalıdır. Postoperatif dönemde tekrarlayan idrar yolları yakınmaları bu durumun gözden kaçması ile ilişkili olabilir. Histeroskop cihazı mesanenin ve üretranın gözlenmesi ve sütür materyallerinin kesilip, çıkartılması için kullanılabilir.
