Abstract

Here in a case of cervical pregnancy following intrauterin insemination was reported. Diagnosis was further supported by scanning by 3 dimensional ultrasnography. The case first was tried to be treated with systemic methotraxate however then underwent hysteroscopic resection. Diagnostic dilemmaof ectopic pregnancy and proposed management options were discussed

Özet

Bu olgu sunumunda intrauterin inseminasyon sonrası serum B hCG değerlerinden şüphelenilerek erken dönemde saptanmış servikal ektopik gebeliğin 3 boyutlu ultrasonografı ile değerlendirilmesi ve ilk önce sistemik metotraksat daha sonra histeroskopik rezeksiyon ile tedavisi rapor edilmiştir. Servikal gebeliğin tanınması komplikasyonları ve alternatif tedavi yöntemleri tartışılmıştır.
