Abstract
Primary ovarian ectopic pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy. The final diagnosis is established by histopathology on the basis of the four Spielberg's criteria that the pregnancy is limited to the ovary and does not involve the tube. Here we present three cases of ovarian ectopic pregnancy, suspected at the emergent laparotomies and confirmed by pathology, with the review of the literature

Primer ovaryan ektopik gebelik, ektopik gebeliklerinnadir görülenbirşeklidir. Ovaryan ektopikgebeliğinayırıcıtanısı patolojitarafındanSpielberg'in 4 tanısal kriterine uygunluk ilekonulmaktadır. Kliniğimizde son iki yıl içerisinde 3 hastaya yapılan acil laparatomilerde, overyan ektopik gebelik düşünülmüş, histopatolojik tanıları doğrulanmış ve 3 olgu literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır
