Primary pelvic hydatic cyst

Abstract

The aim of this case report is to report a case with primary pelvic hydatid disease in terms of symptoms, findings, radiological findings and treatment. Hydatid disease of the female genitalia shows a rare problem in gynecology previously seen in only a few parts of the world. Primary pelvic hydatidosis is uncommon, and its pathogenesis remains unclear. We report a case of hidatid cyst of the pelvis in a 62-year-old postmenopausal women presented with adnexal cystic mass.

Bu olgu sunumundaki amacımız primer pelvik kist hidatikli bir olguyu semptomlar, bulgular ve tedavi yönünden incelemektir. Önceden dünyanın sadece bazı bölgelerinde görülen kadın genital sistemininhidatik kist hastalığı jinekolojide görülen nadir bir hastalıktır. Primer pelvik kist hidatik oldukça seyrek olup patogenezi tam bilinmemektedir. Adneksiyal kistik kitle ile başvuran 62 yaşındaki postmenopozal bir kadında ortaya çıkan pelvik hidatik kistli bir olguyu sunduk
