Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi' nde mısır danelerinden izole edilen funguslar

Abstract

Totally, 165 samples of corn kernels received to determinate the seed borne fungi were collected from five provinces in the Eastern Black Sea Region throughout the major corn producing areas of Turkey. A total of 26 fungal species belonging to 19 genera were isolated from corn kernels, using agar plate technique. The most common and frequently occurring fungi were Axpergillus spp., Fusarium graminearum, F. proliferation, F. verticilloides, Nigrospora oryzae. Pénicillium spp. and Rhizopus stolonifer. The other fungi detected to varying degrees were Acremonium strictum, Altemaria alternata, Botiytis cinerea, Chaetomium spp., Cladosporium spp., Cochliobolus carbonus, Fusarium equiseti, F. incarnatum, F. oxysporum, Geomyces pannorum, Harzia acremonioides, Mucor spp., Phoma glomerata, Rhizoctonia solani, R. zeae, binuclcate Rhizoctonia sp., Trichoderma spp., Trichothecium roseum and Ulocladium atrum. Of these fungi species, A. strictum, F. incarnatum, G. pannorum, P. glomerata and U. atrum were reported for the first time on corn kernel in Turkey.

Özet

Türkiye'de önemli mısır üretim alanlarından biri olan Doğu Karadeniz Bölge-si'ndeki beş ilden alınan 165 örnekte, tohum kaynaklı funguslar belirlenmiştir. Ağar petri tekniği kullanılarak yapılan izolasyonlarda, mısır danelerinden 19 cinse ait 26 fungus türü izole edilmiştir. Çok yaygın ve sıklıkla izole edilen fungus türleri Aspergillus spp., Fusarium graminearum, F. proliférât um, F. verticilloides, Nigrospora oryzae, Pénicillium spp. ve Rhizopus stolonifer'dır. İzole edilen diğer türler ise Acremoniumstrictum, Altemaria alternata, Batıytis cinerea, Chaetomium spp., Cladosporium spp., Cochliobolus carbonus, Fusarium equiseti, F. incarnatum, F. oxysporum, Geomyces pannorum, Harzia acremonioides, Mucor spp., Phoma glomemta, Rhizoctonia solani, R. zeae, iki nukleuslu Rhizoctonia sp., Trichoderma spp., Trichothecium roseum ve Ulocladium atrum'dur. Bu türlerden A. strictum, F. incarnatum, G, pannorum, P. glomerata ve U. atrum Türkiye'de mısır daneleri üzerinde ilk kez saptanmıştır.
