Abstract

Radiation-induced tumors is a rare complication of radiotherapy. Osteosarcoma of the calvaria as a secondary neoplasm after radiotherapy is an unusual condition. A case of osteosarcoma of right frontoparietal bone that developed 4.5 years after radiotherapy for a meningioma in a 19 year-old male is reported. The clinical, radiographic, pathologic features and prognosis of this rare case are discussed.
