Abstract

Syphilis is an infective disease which shows an sexual transition and In the world it is much seen developlny countries. The Cause of the disease is the bacteria Treponema pallidum. The disease is characterized by chronic course, reactivation and multiple system affection. In the Paretic neurosyphilis form, main clinical symtoms are concerned with frontotemporal demantia. The spinal form of syphilis is been known as tabes dorsalis. If the fırst symtoms are related with incomplate tabes and if the cognitive symtoms are added after than, it can be considered as a rameg taboparetic case.

Özet

Sifiliz gelişmekte olan ülkelerde sık görülen, cinsel yolla bulaşan hastalıklardan biri olarak önemini korumaktadır. Treponema Pallidumun neden olduğu hastalık, kronik seyir, re-aktivasyon ve multisistem tutulum ile karekterizedir. Paretik nörosifiliz klinik semptomlar ve fronto-temporal demans bulguları ile seyreden klinik bir tablo iken, tabes dorsalis, sifilizin spinal formu olarak bilinmektedir. İnkomplet Tabes bulguları ile başlayan, kognitif bulguları bir süre sonra eklenen, tabo-parezi olgusu nadir görülmektedir.
