Abstract
The vascularisation pattern of the distal anterior cerebral artery remains a subject of debate toneurovascular surgeons. To elucidate this further, study has been conducted on seventycadaveric brains (140 hemispheres) by dissection method. The length, diameter and branchesin the course of the arteries supplying the Corpus Callosum were observed. The present studyis undertaken to highlight the variations in the distal ACA diameter / length of differentsegments, course, branches and mode of supply to Corpus Callosum which will be helpful forthe surgeons intraoperatively.
Özet
Nörovasküler cerrahlar için distal anterior serebral arterin vaskülarizasyon yapısı tartışmakonusudur. Bu durumu aydınlatmak üzere yetmiş kadavra beyni üzerinde (140 hemisfer)disseksiyon yöntemi ile ileri bir çalışma yürütüldü. Uzunluk, çap ve arterlerin korpuskallozum beslenmesine dalları ve yönleri gözlendi. Bu çalışmada ameliyat sırasında cerrahayardımcı olabilecek tarzda distal ASA değişik segmentlerindeki çap / uzunluk değişkenlikleri.arter seyirleri ve KKa dal verme durumları ön plana çıkartıldı.
